Dam Pelaparado

Dam Pela Parado is located in Pela village, Monta district, about 30 km from Bima capital city.
The dam contains water which came directly from Pela Parado district, that’s why it is called “ Dam Pela Parado”. Dam Pela Parado contains thousand meter cubic of water, supply the water for Monta, Woha, Belo and Palibelo district.
The water is also keep thousand of various fishes which put by Bima’s government on purpose, so that it can also be used as fishing and relaxing entertainment.
Pela Parado have a beautiful and fresh panorama, located between 2 mountains. The mountains contain Kemiri and Durian’s forest, which become a main income of Parado district. Bohi Dungga or Lemon sambal and handycraft Ketak is also coming from this district.
Pela Parado can be reached by bus from Dara terminal (Bima city) or Tente terminal (Woha district). Or you can also rent a car which takes around 1 hour from Bima capital city.
